Keri Wade is a mom, movement educator, and agent of change.
Through life experiences such as a near paralyzation, Keri has first hand knowledge of how important movement is to a person’s overall well being. After the death of her husband in Iraq, Keri turned to fitness as career possibility but was at a loss as to how to help deal with the frequency and variety of pain and injury that is common among people today. Since 2011, Keri has been seeking out health and fitness professionals that teach specifically about movement from a restorative perspective. Keri now teaches about increasing mobility and stability through education, restorative movement, and self-massage. Her classes are focused on helping introduce people to self-care opportunities that they may incorporate at home and in time increase their resiliency to life in general.
Keri is currently a certified Yoga Tune Up and Roll Model Method teacher, certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and a current Restorative Exercise Specialist student with Nutritious Movement Center in Sequim Washington.
